
Cow County Title is a Nevada Corporation, incorporated April 1, 1991 by its founders, Tom R. Arnhart and Cynthia L. Flavion-Arnhart.
Tom,
Corporation President, has over 28 years experience in the Nevada Title
industry, and Cindy, Corporation Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer, has
over 17 years experience. Tom and
Cindy both were employed by FATCO in Tonopah, NV. When they decided to strike
out on their own and start Cow County Title Company.
Cow County Title is a title agent for Stewart Title Guaranty and services nine rural Nevada Counties, with 3 office locations. The main office is located in Tonopah with escrow offices in Pahrump and Hawthorne.
Cow County Title is one of the few title companies in the state of Nevada with the experience and personnel to accommodate transactions involving mining claims, ranches, water rights, manufactured homes as well as commercial and residential properties. Staff levels average between 12 and 15 employees and provide full title, escrow, and foreclosure and collection services.

Counties serviced include Churchill, Eureka, Esmeralda, Humboldt, Lander, Lincoln, Mineral,
Nye, and Pershing. Full
title and escrow services are provided in all listed counties by Cow County
Title and will provide signing service at any location within these counties as
requested by the client.
Having the main office located in Tonopah allows Cow County Title personnel to be in any rural Nevada town in four hours or less. Since nine counties are serviced by our company weekly, coordinating sign up appointments is not a problem.
