Cow County Title, a Nevada corporation was incorporated April 1, 1991 by its founders and owners Tom R. Arnhart & Cynthia L. Flavion-Arnhart.
Tom, President of the corporation, has been in the Nevada title insurance industry 28 years. Cindy, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, has been in the Nevada title insurance industry 17 years. Tom & Cindy both were employed by FATCO in Tonopah when it was decided to create and start Cow County Title Co, a Nevada title insurance company.
Cow County Title is a title agent for Stewart Title Guaranty and services 9 rural Nevada counties, with 3 office locations. The main office is located in Tonopah and 2 escrow offices; one located in Pahrump, the other in Hawthorne.
Staff levels average 12-15 employees, and provide full title, escrow, foreclosure, and collection services. Cow County Title is one of the few title companies in the state of Nevada that has the experience and personnel to handle transactions involving mining claims, ranches, water rights, mobile homes, as well as commercial and residential properties.
The 9 counties serviced by Cow County Title are: Esmeralda, Eureka, Churchill, Mineral, Lincoln, Nye, Pershing, Humboldt, and Lander. Full title and escrow services are provided by the staff of Cow County Title in all 9 counties. Cow County Title in connection with its escrow service will travel if necessary, to the signer’s location in the aforesaid 9 counties. This removes the hardship and responsibility of travel to the closest title escrow company.
Having the main office located in Tonopah allows Cow County Title personnel to be in any rural Nevada town in 4 hours or less. Since 9 counties are serviced by this company weekly, coordinating sign up appointments is not a problem.
Cow County Title has email and fax capabilities at the addresses posted on our “Contact Us” page. We encourage the use of email for loan packages.
Please contact our personnel for more information. We look forward to serving all of your Nevada title insurance, escrow, foreclosure, and collection needs.
